PinFlow AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and services at pinflow.ai.

When you use our services, we collect the following information:

Shopify URLs
When you use our service, you may paste product or collection URLs from your Shopify store. We only process the URL you provide. We do not collect or store any other Shopify store data.

Pinterest Account Access
To enable scheduling and publishing of Pins, you connect your Pinterest account through a secure authentication process. We do not see or store your Pinterest login credentials. Instead, we receive a secure token that allows our service to create and schedule Pins on your behalf.

Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.

We use the information you provide only to:

• Generate high-quality Pins from the URLs you submit.
   
• Allow you to schedule and publish Pins directly to your Pinterest account.
   
• Process and manage your subscription payments.
   
• Maintain, operate, and improve our services.
   

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

When you connect your Pinterest account to PinFlow AI:

• We only use your access to create, schedule, and manage Pins as instructed by you.
   
• We do not edit, delete, or otherwise modify your Pinterest content without your action.
   
• All actions on your Pinterest account (such as creating or scheduling a Pin) are performed only when you instruct our service to do so. We do not take any automated actions on your behalf without your consent.
   
• We do not permanently store Pinterest content or Pin data. Information is requested through the Pinterest API when needed, rather than being stored long term.
   
• Any Pinterest content displayed through our service will always link back to its original source on Pinterest, in line with Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines.
   
• You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time, which revokes our access immediately.
   

• Shopify URLs and scheduling information are stored only while your account is active.
   
• Pinterest content is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete your request.
   
• If you disconnect your Pinterest account or cancel your subscription, we remove your stored data.
   
• Stripe may retain payment records as required by law.
   

You are always in control of your information. You can:

• Disconnect your Pinterest account at any time.
   
• Cancel your subscription at any time.
   
• Request that we delete your stored data.
   

Once disconnected or deleted, we remove all stored data associated with your account, except for payment records required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, token-based authentication, and secure third-party providers. These safeguards help protect your data while in transit and at rest. While we take precautions, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We only access Pinterest data through the official Pinterest API. We do not use scraping or any methods intended to bypass Pinterest’s systems or restrictions.
   
• Our service does not provide benchmarking, competitor insights, or analytics beyond what is explicitly allowed by Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines.
   

If you are located in the European Union or California, you have specific rights under GDPR and CCPA:

• Right to Access: You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
   
• Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your information.
   
• Right to Correction: You can request that we update or correct inaccurate information.
   
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information, but you may still request confirmation of this.
   
• Right to Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a portable format.
